Dr Jason Gu

Neurologist
MBBS, FRACP

Dr Jason Gu received his medical degree from the University of New South Wales and undertook neurology training at the Sydney Adventist and Royal North Shore Hospitals. He completed his fellowship at Royal North Shore Hospital with specialised training in neurogenetics, neuromuscular disease and neurophysiology. He has worked for several years as a Staff Specialist at the Wollongong Hospital, developing the TIA/Stroke clinic as well as Movement Disorder and Duodopa therapy service.

Dr Gu is currently a Visiting Medical Officer at the Northern Beaches Hospital and consults through Northern Beaches Neurology in Frenchs Forest and Integrated Neurology in St Leonards. He also runs individual clinics in the Sydney CBD and outreach and teleneurology clinic to Port Macquarie.

Jason can also consult in Mandarin. He is married with two young children and enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading and playing tennis.
